Bodypeace exclusively offers Lizzie’s unique DeLacy Discipline method in the workouts, which range in duration from 5 to 60 minutes, and from light to intense exertion levels. Some of the quick stretches can act as a supplement to your current workout regimen to alleviate soreness and promoting recovery, while the longer sessions can represent your entire exercise routine. With the movement tutorials, you can brush up on your alignment with the top 50 movements you’ll find in one of Lizzie’s workouts. Filter the sessions by body part to focus on targeted areas in order to meet your fitness goals with simple to follow instructions.
Nutrition:
We’re firm believers that you can’t outrun your fork! Make the most of your exercise regimen with Lizzie’s healthy, clean-eating recipes and nutrition-focused blogs. With her degree in nutrition, Lizzie has always loved food, cooking, and meal prepping for her select group of clients. Now you too can eat in a way that nourishes your body, learning more about nutrition through the Discover section of the app.
Wellness and Lifestyle:
Making changes to your lifestyle can be challenging, and we believe that having as many resources as possible can keep you motivated on your journey. That’s why we’ve incorporated a free community section where you can access blogs, Lizzie’s e-book, healthy tips, and more! New content is uploaded weekly to encourage your growth.
