The application is designed exclusively to help Health Care Facilities , CBWTFs and Govt. Authorities to comply with the provisions of Bio Medical Waste Management Rules 2016 notified by Ministry of Environment ,Forest and Climate Change. As we are aware that waste generated from Health Care Facilities is divided in four categories Red,Yellow,Blue and White as per BMW RULES and so BMW waste need to be segregated at source accordingly and need to be stored in non chlorinated color coded bags which are need to weighed before handing over to CBWTF and such record to be maintained and required for filing annual return in the State Pollution Control Authorities. The State PCBs to compile such annual reports from individual HCFs and to file consolidated annual report to Central Pollution Control Board. Now the BMW RULES has made mandatory the tracking of Bio Medical Waste through Bar Coding mechanism and to keep such record for 5 years. This mechanism is helpful in tracking the Bio Waste and also track the gap analysis in disposal. This mechanism also helpful in auto generation of annual reports for HCFs, CBWTFs and for State/UT. The CPCB has also issued the SOP for the Bar Code Mechanism. The application is designed considering the BMW RULES 2016 and SOP issued by CPCB. The application is helpful in generating unique ID for each HCFs and generating the unique Bar Codes. The application is auto recoding the details of Bio Medical Waste along with its weight by using unique bar code and Bluetooth enabled weighing machine .The HCFs below 30 beds as per SOP can use this app without Bluetooth based weighing scale. The app is enabled to store data for 5 years. App is useful for generating daily, weekly, monthly ,03 monthly ,yearly or given specific period reports useful for Enforcing Agencies of the Rules i.e. Pollution Control Board or Committees . App is helpful in generation of mandatory annual reports for the Health Care Facilities and PCBs under the Rules. App also intimate about the daily waste through email and sms. PCBs can use app to communicate with HCFs .
