The RCM mobile app equips recovery agency drivers with real-time repossession assignment data and updates.
Assigned cases will display on a map and/or list view depending on your subscription type. Filters can be created to prioritize cases. Agents can quickly and efficiently run addresses, make case updates, and mark collateral as recovered.
After marking a collateral On-Hook and the field agent has relocated to a safe spot, they can complete the asset recovery process including condition information and photos for the client’s Condition Report.
