This app enables you to access Ivanti Service Manager or Asset Manager on your mobile devices, providing remote access to both products. It currently supports the Service Manager user roles of Mobile Analyst and Self Service Mobile and the Asset Manager user role of Mobile Asset Manager.
This mobile app now provides a highly secured, convenient, and faster way to log into either product using biometric authentication and, to enhance the mobile experience of Service Manager users, Push Notifications are enabled to receive alerts on the go.

For Service Manager users, this app enables analysts to manage their Incidents, Tasks, and Service Requests from their mobile devices. They can contact their customers via phone, email, or chat with a tap and update the relevant record with details of the interaction. Easy search, filter and sort capabilities enable them to gain quick access to key information. Applicable for Cloud and On-Premises customers.
For Asset Manager users, this app enables asset managers to track and manage hardware assets by scanning barcodes, editing asset record details, and applying a range of quick actions. Supported asset types include computer, mobile device, general asset, peripheral device, and infrastructure (not consumables). Applicable for Cloud and On-Premises customers.
