Xtatio is for the sales individual, and through personalized feedback you can receive from self, peers and managers, and customers, allows you to develop and improve your overall sales performance.
Simultaneously it leads to a better customer experience and better organization overall.
The application has three core features.
Request (Collect Feedback)
You have the ability to ask peers and managers and customers for real-time feedback. This can be done and completed by the other person (who does not need the app as they receive a personalized URL link) within 60 seconds. The questions are highly specific and match to specific sales stages and sales competencies, so that you can receive actionable and specific feedback. You also have the ability to complete self feedback in order to see if your self perception is aligned with those of others and where you may have blind spots. Within just a few surveys, you will have a much more comprehensive understanding of yourself. All this data is confidential to you.
Learn (Insights and Analytics)
You have an interactive dashboard where you can see the results of your feedback. This will be categorized by sales stage and by sales competency, and split between 360 (all feedback) and only customer feedback, and a time evolution to see how you evolve. Based on this data, Xtatio helps you identify areas where you have strengths and other areas where you have a potential to develop. For those Xtatio provides a development plan.
Activate (Training)
You have the opportunity to complete a series of training's related to those competencies where you want to improve. This way you strengthen your sales competencies and improve across the sales stages to become great at what you do.
