- have participants sign digital liability waivers
- check in to events
The Otter Kiosk app works in conjunction with Otter Waiver, the only digital waiver and participant management software company designed specifically for the outdoor industry. With Otter, you’ll save time, money, and trees.
HOW IT WORKS
*Outdoor organizations first must create a profile on Otter Waiver at www.app.otterwaiver.com.
*Create an event and build waivers for your organization.
*Add team members to your organization to give them access to the waivers. They must also log in to the website and create a password.
*Download the Otter Kiosk app and log in. For team members, they must also download the Otter Kiosk app and use their designated email address and password they created on the website.
*By logging in to the app, your event data you created on the website will sync to your app. If it doesn’t auto-sync, use the Sync button on the app’s home screen.
*Use your app in the outdoors without wifi to have waivers signed and have participants check in.
*Once you have wifi again, open the app to sync with the web version and manage your participant data.
