Case mapping with RCM! RCM integrates with RecoveryConnect® and MRS web apps.
The RCM mobile app equips recovery agency drivers with real-time repossession assignment data and updates.
Assigned cases will display on a map and/or list view depending on your subscription type. Filters can be created to prioritize cases. Agents can quickly and efficiently run addresses, make case updates, and mark collateral as recovered.
After marking a collateral On-Hook and the field agent has relocated to a safe spot, they can complete the asset recovery process including condition information and photos for the client’s Condition Report.
RCM enables drivers to:
• Search & view case details and make updates in real-time
• Mitigate risk of wrongful repossessions due to immediate data flow
• View all cases on the map
• Receive turn-by-turn navigation using Google, Apple, or Waze
• Mark collateral On-Hook
