Messaging / Chat
• brand new chat module for simplified communication with experts and other users

Video Calls / Remote Expert
• initiate or join audio/video sessions with remote experts or other users from your contact list
• anonymous session establishment by providing a combination of service number and password

• create still images from the video stream
