Most consumers do not know, but food delivery is very expensive to restaurants. Margins in the restaurant industry are very thin, and the commission rates national delivery companies charge is much higher than most independents' profit margins. In places like New York city, third-party food delivery has put many small restaurants out of business. We love our NoCo restaurants, and we want them to thrive so they can continue to offer great food and service to our community. For that reason, we keep commission rates charged to restaurants as low as possible.

Food delivery is a complex and challenging logistics system. There are many pieces to the puzzle, and they all must perfectly attach to one another. At NoCo NOSH, we know that even when we strive to give customers the best possible delivery experience, mistakes will eventually be made.
