ELYSIUM® tgs is a new innovation in digital communication. ELYSIUM® tgs replaces a physical tour guide system, with all its classic features, based on over 30 years of BMS Audio audio experience.

YOUR FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE


Group guidance:

Voice Transfer Guide: the guide speaks to the group. This is the basic function of any conventional passenger guidance system.

Co-guides: integration of other guides into the group. The co-guides are typically the local guides, who are temporarily responsible for the group.

Dialogue function: after the guide has activated this function, the guests ask their questions to the guide or co-guide. The question is also transmitted to the group.


Security:

Distance warning: subtle warning signal when the guest exceeds the maximum distance to the guide.

GPS tracking: localization of group members and presentation on a map.

Guide me home: the tour guide sets the next meeting point in his app. The guest is guided via the app to the setted meeting point. The meeting point can be any destination.



Comfort:

Messaging: Text messages through the guide to the smartphones of your guests.

The function of the app includes the classic voice transmission from guide to guest (transmitter / receiver principle of a tour guide system). However, transmitter and receiver, in this case you and your guests, use the same app. If groups with several guides are created, ELYSIUM tgs can integrate any number of co-guides. This integration as well as the group formation takes place simply and fast by QR-Code, which is generated in the app of the guest. You can communicate with your guests in different ways: Use the dialogue function and answer questions from your guests immediately during your tour. Outside of your tour, you can use text message to send important information to your group. In order to keep track of your group, we have developed the function of distance warning. A warning signal is activated as soon as the guest moves too far away from the group. The distance can be set by the guide up to 100 m. Using GPS tracking, you can locate your group on a map and keep track of it. Use the guide-me-home feature to set the next meeting point. Your guest will be guided to this location with ELYSIUM® tgs. The meeting point is arbitrary.
With ELYSIUM® tgs you can make your guides even easier and more flexible.
