EoS makes it possible to operate and follow the life cycle of Thales contracts.
Goal :
The status of the contract is changing rapidly: from a simple commercial act it has become a key tool in the performance of the company. The Contract Management solution - Eyes On Site (EOS) will provide the tools to operate all activities constituting the life cycle of contracts. It will mainly manage the contractual relations between the company and its customers, partners and suppliers, so as to:
- Optimize the company's profits by minimizing the contractual and financial risks related to the execution of the contracts and by seeking commercial opportunities during the project phase
- Protect the commercial position of the company throughout the duration of the contract.
Issues:
Effectiveness of the operational management of contracts. This is the purpose of the "Site Issue Management" module that will allow project teams to capture and document from a smartphone non-conformities to the contract found in the field. The stakes are numerous:
- Better capture and traceability of nonconformities, rigorous documentation thanks to photography, geolocation, timestamping of photos, control of associated metadata, characterization of nonconformities (type, ...)
- Possible operation outside GSM coverage
- Reporting on non-compliances reported (status, type, ...)
- Alert Management
- Efficiency in the face of competition by making the contract an element of competitiveness
- Better control of increasingly experienced stakeholders in the negotiation of contracts (buyers, suppliers, partners) and better manage active contracts themselves
